CEO

Clive’s experience in venue & restaurant marketing spans 20 years and 17000km (he’s from London).

He founded SERV. Agency with a mission to help restaurants market better and now leads a team of 25 staff across Australia and New York.

His last meal on earth would be the entire cocktail list at The Ritz in New York.

 

STEVE
Sales Director

Originally from Scotland, starting his career in finance, Steve’s love for hospitality saw him running venues all over the world for over 15 years. Hospitality remains the mainstay of Steve’s career and roles in sales followed both in the wine industry and hospitality tech starts ups.  

Last meal on earth – A bottle of DRC (or Buckfast).

 
 

LAUREN
Lead Developer

Lauren is a design all-rounder. With extensive photographic and post-production knowledge she loves making websites come to life. When she’s not exploring her love of food and wine, you’ll find her planning her next overseas holiday.

Her last meal on Earth would be: Shiromaru Motoaji Ramen with all of the toppings, umami egg, bamboo shoots, roasted nori and Ajikiku. Followed by gelato.

 

AMY
Restaurant Marketer

Passionate about all things marketing, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge from her background in events and hospitality marketing. With her attention to detail and creativity, her mission is to craft campaigns that seamlessly blend effectiveness with aesthetic appeal. Beyond work, you'll catch Amy at a pilates class, chasing fresh snow around the world, or at one of her favourite Italian or Japanese restaurants.

Her last meal on earth would be an Italian feast with a glass of red.

Kashish has always been a numbers person. With over 15 years of Financial Accounting experience he brings Checks and Balances in the business as well as provide valuable financial insights.

When Kash is not crunching numbers, you’ll find him on his motorbike on a twisty road.

His last meal on Earth would be…Smoked grilled chicken marinated in Mediterranean spices and chilled yogurt drink also called Lassi.

 

ALAYSHA
Senior Designer

Recently relocated from Melbourne to live her best Sydney life – Alaysha brings a wealth of packaging, print and hospitality experience to SERV. When she is not in the office, you’ll find her illustrating, discovering a new restaurant, or admiring all of the dogs on Bondi Beach.

Her last meal on earth would be: Fish tacos and a Marg followed by Timboon Honeycomb ice cream for dessert.

 
 

ALICIA
Restaurant Marketer

With a background in hospitality, design and marketing, Alicia has the creativity and ability to think outside the box. When she isn't working, you will find her looking for the best places to eat, trying new flavours and dishes, and seeking out unique experiences.

Her last meal on earth would be: King Fish Ceviche and Lechon with Spicy Margs followed by Chocolate Lava Cake with Pistachio Praline Gelato

 

SAMPY
SENIOR Designer

Sampy is a creative that thrives in the hospitality sector. You can find her taking care of her chilli plants, spending quality time with her cats or looking for a place to have dessert after dinner.  

Her last meal on Earth would be: Mexican ceviche and a Michelada, followed by a tres leches cake for dessert.

 
 

BRENTON
Web Developer

Brenton has a passion for creating accessible, beautiful web applications, bringing over 10 years of understanding customer experience, design, photography, illustration, and a love for colour. Outside of writing code and building websites, Brenton loves working on creative projects with friends or taking care of his MANY plants.

His last meal on earth would be: An alcoholic ginger beer, Okonomiyaki with pork belly and strawberry cream daifuku (because its always a yes to dessert!).

Originally from New York, Ali has has a strong passion for all things food & beverage. From cooking on the line or managing restaurants to working on food media shoots, Ali has dedicated her life to growing companies throughout the food industry. Outside of the office Ali can be found in her kitchen testing new recipes, roaming around Sydney with her dog Cheddar, or traveling to a new country. 

Her last meal would be a huge bowl of chocolate mousse paired with a heavy Cabernet Sauvignon.

Originally from the UK, Sarah has an extensive background in consumer insights in the F&B industry. Her passion lies in understanding how marketing can influence human decision-making, leading to the development of results-driven campaigns. Outside of work, Sarah can be found scoping out Sydney's best bakeries, on the netball court, or planning her next trip.

Her last meal on earth would be baja fish tacos with a spicy margarita.

 

Marie
Restaurant Marketer

Marie's upbringing in the sun-soaked south of France has shaped her love for food and hosting dinner parties. With four years of experience in marketing, specialising in ads, she's now bringing that savoir-faire to craft compelling campaigns for the hospitality industry. Outside of work, you'll find Marie trying out a restaurant she discovered on TikTok, travelling, soaking up the relaxed vibes of Bondi, or cooking up new recipes for her friends and family.

Last meal on earth: Steak Tartare or Duck Confit with traditional French fries, paired with a glass of Shiraz.

 
 

Christian
Restaurant Marketer

Christian brings a wealth of experience from the hospitality and beverage industry, serving as Territory Sales Manager at Lion Breweries NZ for 2 years, Craft Beer Ambassador for VIC/TAS at Carlton & United Breweries for 1 year, and Trade Marketing Manager at Mountain Goat Brewery for 1 year, following 4 years at Wellington Hospitality Group. His mission at SERV is to cultivate strong relationships and craft revenue-driving marketing campaigns for clients.

Last meal on earth: Would be at the Green Parrot, a beloved Wellington restaurant from his childhood, starting with scallops, classic schnitzel and a couple cans of Parrot Dog Birdseye to wash it all down. 

 

Amelia
Restaurant Marketer

Amelia’s career started freelancing in events, she transitioned into social media marketing at Sydney Restaurant Group before serving as a Marketing Executive at Intercontinental Sydney. Armed with nearly 3 years of marketing experience and a Master's in Marketing from UTS, Amelia's focus lies in cultivating robust client relationships and orchestrating impactful campaigns.

Last meal on earth: Would be any type of Greek food or a lobster pasta. Maybe a pav (such a classic) or lemon tart for dessert? Ricotta hotcakes are also up there!

After almost a decade of working in the hospitality industry working with burgers and chocolate, Michelle pivoted into the world of SEO for the last 4 years. When she's not trying to get to the top of Google's search page, Michelle can be found at a reformer pilates class or whipping up some Chinese delicacies in the kitchen (biang biang noodles and mango pancakes are her speciality!)

Her last meal on earth would be: A yum cha spread, some crispy pork belly and a big bowl of hand pulled noodles doused in chilli oil.
